The meeting was called to order.


Board President Bill Thompson gave the opening report.

CCMC's auditor presented a summary of the annual audit.

Treasurer, Joe Bilotta, gave a status report of our finances.


ARB Chairman, Charlie Harris, explained the work of his committee.


Elections Chairman, Jim Jerow, announced the new board members.

Plea for Contributions

The Heritage Web Site is for residents and property owners. If you would like it to continue, please think about contributing by taking pictures of an event that would look nice on the web site. Just take some pictures of an event or activitiy you attended or some committee work you thought was useful. No computer work is involved. It is more like making a bulletin board. Without your help, the site will disappear.

Take some pictures, select 10 or 12 that you like the best, think of some captions and write a brief summary of what the event or activity was. Then just call your Webmaster or Communications Director who will take it from there.

We would like to acknowledge the all-time champs, Kay Huston and Demi Glennan, who have made so many pages that they have their own logo. Close behind is ML England who, in addition to contributing several pages, is also the Communications Director for the web site. However, you don't have to be superman (or woman). Just think about doing one page. For example, we have had pages done by Meta Pace with assistance from Sheila Peloso and Marie Costello, by Sue Reddy with assistance from Cathy Hershkowitz, by Cathy Filiathreau with assistance from Carolyn Romyn and by Angela Ares. They were interested in something that seemed appropriate to share with us all. Apologies to anyone I have forgotten. Memory seems to fade as you get older. I forgot where I read that.
