Quite a few ladies ventured forth in a downpour, arriving at the Owners Club with umbrellas and their prettiest tea cups for our Annual Tea, hosted by Nancy Nicoll and friends. Flowers were loaned for the affair by a friend, who also made all the beautiful floral table arrangements as well. It certainly gave a real springtime feel to the Club. Several ladies brought cookies to share, which were most appreciated, and added to the sandwiches, cakes and other goodies. A variety of teas was available to try, including some Korean Ginseng tea. We also welcomed Cynthia Kelly, the Heritage Plantation property Manager, and Tammy Melton, her assistant, who took time from their duties to have a cup of tea with us.
