Heritage Nature Walks
Ken W. and the Club Committee organized a series of Nature Walks covering a wide range of topics in our area. Eric Dean, a naturalist at Brookgreen Gardens, led the walks and provided the scientific commentary (with humor). The 1st was a 'Beach Walk' on the south end of Pawleys Island. This was so popular that it was repeated as the 4th Nature Walk. The pictures of the Beach Walk are all from the last session.

Whiting
We pulled in several very small fish. A few were 'Jack' fish and these were 'Whiting'.
On the marsh side, we netted a small blue crab. All went back in the water alive.
