Doug and Sue Rohloff had a very inspirational trip to Guatemala with the Pawleys Island Community Church.

Whew! We arrive in Guatemala city.	"The Oasis" Our Home away from home.	"The Oasis"   Yup -- That's a volcano in the background.

Guatemala is a land of stark contrasts. It has an incredible natural beauty and fertile soil.
It is also plagued by social issues of oppressive poverty and lack of education.
Guatemala has the highest incidence of child abandonment in Central America.
